At The Garment Copenhagen, we strive for perfection in every silhouette; however, if your purchase is not quite right, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form to ensure your refund is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
